Subaru Loves to Care Supports Norwood Hospital Cancer Patients
Norwood, MA - The cancer patients at Norwood Hospital Cancer Center at Foxboro recently received a donation of blankets and messages of hope from the Subaru Loves to Care Program. For the third consecutive year, Subaru of America, Inc. and The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) have spread love, hope and warmth to cancer patients and their families in communities across the country with the donation of “simple comforts”.
Locally, Clay Subaru of Norwood, participated in the program with LLS and delivered 80 specially-made blankets with messages of hope from Subaru employees to the cancer patients of Norwood Hospital’s Cancer Center at Foxboro. “Patients greatly benefit from, and truly appreciate, the warmth and comfort these blankets provide,” said Jonathan Croopnick, MD, Medical Director at the Norwood Hospital Cancer Center. “Thank you to Clay Subaru and LLS for the generous donation and support of our patients through the Subaru Loves to Care Program.”
