Office hours for the spiritual care department run from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Services can be accessed by calling the department, contacting the staff chaplain assigned to the unit or through the unit secretary. Norwood Hospital's spiritual care has a 24/7 emergency priest available on call. The priest may be reached at any time by asking the operator to page the chaplain-on-call. Protestant, Jewish and Muslim clergy are also available by request.

Spiritual care services are provided for all patients, regardless of faith tradition or social/religious background.
